A law in general is a regime of adjusting relations and ordering human behavior through the force of a socially organized group.
Characteristics of Law
- Law is an attribute of human beings and is found only when groups of such beings have associated and organized themselves into a political society.
- It is concerned with what a man should or must do in particular circumstances and with what is to happen if he deviates beyond the permitted limits of conduct.
- It is concerned with regulating human relations defining permissible and non permissible conduct.
